Leadership grows where learning is trusted to stay local.
Moassasa Taleemi Modiriyat dar Rahbari strengthens educational leadership with schools, families, and local councils across Afghanistan. We invest in practical training, women-led participation, and community stewardship so learning can continue through disruption. Our work is designed to leave durable skills, not temporary dependency.
Village circles begin
Small leadership circles opened with school heads and mothers' committees in Kabul and Parwan, establishing the first shared planning model for attendance, safety, and teacher support.
Field coaching expands
The institute shifted from workshops alone to on-site mentoring, helping principals and coordinators turn plans into routines for girls' access, family outreach, and local accountability.
Faces of the work
Six voices from the classrooms, councils, and field visits that shape daily decisions.
“When the school plan is written with the families, the school stops feeling temporary.”
“Leadership became visible when the quietest mothers started asking what came next.”
